Returns can be made within 30 days after purchase for refund or exchange for South African customers only.

The courier costs to return and resend will be covered by the customer.

If the product is being returned because it arrived damaged, we will carry the courier expense to exchange it.

All returned goods need to be in their original packaging.

International refunds are not possible due to the cost of shipping and return to sender duties.

South African refunds will be issued as coupons to spend on simonandmary.co.za and will not be valid on shipping charges.
